As the Senior CRM Engineer at GLG, you will be pivotal in driving the company’s CRM modernization and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires you to be an evangelist and change agent, leveraging modern CRM technologies and analytical approaches to optimize key CPQ and consumption processes within the organization.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Requirements & Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements across the Revenue Generation lifecycle, tailoring solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
  • Custom Development & Data Automation: Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using SOQL, SOSL, and Apex to build scalable applications. Create and implement Classes and Triggers to automate complex processes and optimize data management while ensuring performance and best practices.
  • Salesforce CPQ Solutions: Develop, configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing, approvals, and payment processing, ensuring full integration across modules.
  • Salesforce Integration & API Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST and SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
  • Lighting Pages/UI Development: Develop and enhance UI experiences, including Visualforce/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components to optimize user engagement and system usability.
  • Process Optimization: Recognize and address interdependencies within business processes to optimize overall efficiency.
  • Technical & Business Guidance: Provide technical and business guidance on solution design and implementation.
  • Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Apply industry-standard project methodologies, coding standards, and best practices for system implementation and continuous improvement, including experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
